1. NO smoking, NO vaping, NO candle burning, NO incense

2. NO standing on the furniture. Any shoe marks or scratches on the furniture will result in a charge for repair, cleaning, and/or replacement.

3. Studio door MUST be kept closed at ALL times.

4. NO eating/drinking on furniture other that folding tables.

5. No bags/gear or products allowed on furniture. Any stains or scratches caused by gear places on furniture will result in repair or replacement.

6. No makeup, oil, beauty products allowed on furniture. 

7. Any damage to furniture will result in charges for replacement.

8. Pets are not allowed.

9. Renter is responsible for cleaning up trash prior to leaving.
